Injazat has formed a new partnership to increase the number of Emiratis working for the company
The systems integrator has decided to teamed up with Aleron Partners, specialists in Organisation Strategy and Talent Management, to develop and deliver a new integrated approach to Emiratization. The partnership will target on building on Injazat's existing Emiratisation program, and expanding the proportion of its workforce made up of UAE nationals. With Aleron, Injazat will develop a three phased approach to employing nationals, focused on Succession Planning, Assessments and CDPs, and CDP Implementation.
